Adaorable is seeking a creative, organized, and growth-minded specialist who can combine content creation with direct vendor outreach.
What you’ll do
- Research and publish engaging marketplace articles.
- Recruit, onboard, and follow up with vendors.
- Help vendors create complete, high-quality listings.
- Create trending promotional videos and social content.
- Document activity and submit monthly performance evidence.
Monthly goals
- 25 approved articles.
- 50 active, admin-approved vendors.
- At least one approved trending-event video.
- Consistent promotional and vendor follow-up activity.
Criteria for consideration
To demonstrate the two core skills required for this role, every applicant must complete both practical requirements before submitting:
- Publish one original, high-potential article.Write a useful, engaging article designed for strong sharing and readership. Submit a public link to your work. Quality, accuracy, originality, headline strength, structure, and audience value will be reviewed; viral reach is not guaranteed.
- Enroll one active Adaorable vendor.The vendor must register willingly, complete a business profile, and have at least one approved listing. Submit the vendor’s Adaorable profile or listing link. Never register anyone without their permission.
What we’re looking for
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience with social media, content, sales, or community growth.
- Confidence contacting and supporting business owners.
- Reliable internet access and a smartphone or computer.
- Self-motivation, honesty, and the ability to meet goals.
Contract and compensation
This is a six-month contract position. Compensation is ₦150,000 per month with performance evaluation, plus a ₦50,000 bonus for each completed website-design lead approved by management. Continuation after six months is based on business needs and performance and is not guaranteed.
Vendor Acquisition Specialist
This role focuses on finding and activating legitimate vendors for Adaorable.
What you’ll do
- Identify suitable stores, service providers, and online sellers.
- Record each store’s correct business name and full address.
- Contact vendors with their permission through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, or in-person outreach.
- Guide registration, email and phone verification, shop setup, and the first approved listing.
- Follow up until qualified vendors become active.
- Maintain accurate outreach notes and evidence.
Monthly goals and score
- 50 active, verified, admin-approved vendors — 60% of score.
- Vendor quality and follow-up — 15%.
- Social promotion — 10%.
- Four approved promotional videos — 10%.
- Four outreach articles — 5%.
Compensation
Maximum monthly pay is ₦150,000. Actual payout is calculated from the final performance score: ₦150,000 × performance percentage.
